I am a certified executive coach. Having experience working across civil service, consulting, NGOs and academia, I understand the value of good leadership and the nuances in skills and approaches across these different sectors, and understand what it’s like to be at the helm of organizations. I firmly believe that performance can be optimized in any sector and organization by increasing self-awareness, challenging limiting beliefs and supporting a “can do” mindset in leaders and teams.
Coaching is a great avenue to optimize potential and performance. Given that human beings are whole, capable and resourceful, my approach to coaching is based on deep reflection and tapping into intrinsic abilities and experiences. Leaders today, are constantly bombarded with information and action-oriented requests: they rarely get sufficient time to pause and reflect. With increased access to information and skills, the role of leaders, in organizations and government, continues to evolve and leaders require increased agility in switching between these roles. My goal is to provide sufficient safety and permission in the coaching journey for exploration and vulnerability, while acting as a mirror and/or sounding board.
